Modern Slavery Act Statement – 2026

Kaltura is a global provider of online video technology products and services. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”). It describes the steps Kaltura has taken or will take in order to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of its supply chain. Kaltura is committed to acting ethically and responsibly in all of its business dealings and to implementing systems to prevent modern slavery.

Kaltura, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is the parent company of Kaltura Europe Limited, a London-based company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. Kaltura, Inc. has other subsidiaries in Germany, Portugal, Brazil (inactive), Singapore, and Israel. Kaltura, Inc. and its subsidiaries engage with suppliers from time to time in order to procure goods and services necessary for the operation of Kaltura’s business. Such engagements are subject to review by Kaltura’s legal, procurement, and finance departments and are documented in written contracts. Kaltura expects its suppliers to strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations and conducts due diligence and risk assessments where appropriate to ensure that it engages with suppliers that meet its standards. Many of Kaltura’s major suppliers, such as its cloud computing infrastructure, CRM and content delivery network (CDN) providers, have policies and codes of conduct in place to ensure prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking in the operation of their respective businesses. Kaltura has also published a Vendor Code of Conduct which addresses, among other items, suppliers’ compliance with fair employment practices and which is incorporated by reference into Kaltura’s standard vendor agreements.

Kaltura is committed to taking the following steps toward the prevention of modern slavery in its business:

  • Kaltura will conduct due diligence and risk assessments as appropriate when evaluating potential suppliers
  • The procurement team will be trained on ways to recognize the risk of modern slavery and what to do if they suspect it is occurring in any part of Kaltura’s supply chain
  • Employees will be encouraged to report any concerns to Kaltura’s legal department
  • Kaltura will investigate concerns raised as appropriate given the circumstances
  • If an investigation indicates that any Kaltura employee, contractor, or vendor is engaging in conduct that violates the Act, Kaltura will take appropriate action including termination of the employment or contractual relationship where circumstances warrant

Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. Where appropriate, we may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organizations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.
