The Event’s Platform (EP) Sales Manager is a dynamic, hands-on sales role responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with Fortune 1000 companies in EMEA.
You will work with large enterprises as well as some medium sized businesses, across multiple industries, to meet their virtual events and Video needs, supported by a team of Kaltura product managers and pre-sales engineers.
The EP Sales Manager will be selling our market-leading event platform, our video portal, Live, RTC and Webinar products. The focus will be on exciting the decision makers and guiding stakeholders in making Kaltura event platform investments.
You will create and maintain C-level client relationships with key stakeholders in the decision-making and closing process. Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Strategically identify, target, and close new Kaltura enterprise customer accounts
· Manage a complex, enterprise solution sale with a 3–9 month sales cycle
· Introduce potential clients to the strength of our event platform delivery, clearly articulating Kaltura’s value proposition and the uniqueness of our video applications
· Attend tradeshows, actively engaging attendees and initiating conversations with prospects
· Quarterback a team of presales support (SEs, Product Management, demand generation specialists, Kaltura executives) and motivate/manage them to win the deal.
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree (or similar experience)
· 3+ years of event platform and enterprise software sales experience, selling SaaS solutions
· Proven EP / SaaS sales track record
· Fluent or native English speaker + any other European language (advantage)
· Experience proposing, presenting, and discussing solutions with C-level and other executive level decision-makers
· Success in meeting and preferably exceeding quotas with mainly new business sales

Kaltura is seeking an exceptionally talented, driven, and business-minded attorney to join our legal team as a senior legal advisor in our US team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing SaaS company. The successful candidate will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders including sales, procurement, product, marketing and finance teams to support Kaltura’s operations across the globe, as well on corporate and securities matters, reporting to the company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage a diverse workload at the company’s legal and business domains is a must. The successful candidate should also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with internal stakeholders as well as vendors, partners, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Structure, draft, and review all manner of commercial agreements, with an emphasis on, cloud services, software licensing, partnership, and technology development agreements, sales and procurement;
- Represent Kaltura in negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors;
- Provide legal advice on a range operational matters, including sales, data privacy, IT security, finance, HR, product, and R&D;
- Handle Corporate Governance, corporate law and securities law aspects, work with the General Counsel and external Securities lawyers on SEC reporting and Board and compliance matters; and
- Work with the legal team and other internal stakeholders to design, build and improve internal processes to support Kaltura’s growth.
Qualifications:
- J.D. or L.L.M from a U.S. law school;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel;
- Experience in the tech sector, particularly with software licensing, recurring revenue business models, and SaaS products strongly preferred;
- Experience in Nasdaq or NYSE publicly traded companies (domestic issuers) corporate and securities work;
- Strong writing skills, analytical approach, attention to detail, fast learning, and organizational abilities;
- Ability to work independently and as a team-player and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Desire and ability to work on a wide variety of matters, including those outside of subject-matter expertise; and
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

The role:
We are looking for an experienced, senior DevOps engineer to join our DevOps team and help us grow.
As senior DevOps engineer in Kaltura’s Platform group, you’ll be responsible of deployment, tuning and maintenance of large-scale video platform solutions to meet the business goals.
You’ll review and approve system design, participent in active architecture sessions and work closely with our RnD, plan and take solutions end-2-end.

A leading role in our strategic Growth team, responsible for the growth and adoption of the Video Engagement Strategy at a select F500/f100 group of existing customers. Our team’s goal is to expand Kaltura’s business and strengthen our relationship within each account by maximizing video engagement and collaboration capabilities, internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
· End to end responsibility for several strategic customers, across industries and departments, assuring the various stakeholders’ business success with Kaltura products and services.
· Main focus on identifying new Business Units and new stakeholders within each of the customer portfolio bases. Uncover opportunities to expand (up-sell) Kaltura’s footprint within existing customers across departments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new stakeholders and clients.
· Assure customer’s success with Kaltura’s product and services
· Consult customers maximize the use of video via a deep understanding of customer’s needs, growth drivers and Kaltura’s products including adding complementing partner solutions.
· Communicate frequently with customers via business reviews, health calls and onsite visits
· Negotiate and close contract renewals retaining and growing revenue while assuring on time execution
· Direct responsibility for account planning, business development processes, adoption, as well as for defining and executing specific go-to-market strategies.
· Achieve and forecast financial and qualitative goals, by uncovering growth opportunities for Kaltura’s footprint within the customers, from lead thru commercial and contractual negotiations to closure.
· Leverage the relationship with customers to identify any churn risks and satisfaction to ensure renewals
· Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally in a matrix role, where you will need to guide and get the support of a diverse team of internal professionals (Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services and Support) which are not directly reporting to you to meet the customer and Kaltura goals.
Requirements:
ITALIAN SPEAKER - MUST!!!!
· A seasoned self-motivated, independent and highly proactive account executive
· Experience in managing and developing senior client relationships in f500/100 organizations.
· Relevant experience in any of the following: Commercial or Business Development experience within technology SaaS companies.
· Working with large and complex, multi stakeholder environment, ensuring business and operational goals are met. Building and maintaining C level and executive relationships, serving as the prime focal point.
· Experience building go to market strategy, working with C levels and executives – sales/ business consulting, with multiple stakeholders (business, IT)
· Experience managing multiple accounts.
· Demonstrated track record in reaching and exceeding quotas (quotative and qualitative)
· Experience managing pipeline, forecast, and executing sales process.
· Team player, flexible and moving towards mutual goals
· Effective communication and presentation skills. Exceptional cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
· Ability to “zoom” in/out from big picture to the minutiae
· Experience in Italian region preferred
· Salesforce.com experience a plus.
