Previous ventures include Destinator Technologies, Paradigm Advanced Technologies, and VisualGate Systems. A former helicopter pilot, Ron enjoys extreme travel and sports. He holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of Business.

    Dr. Shay David is a scholar and serial entrepreneur who specializes in collaborative and open-source information and communication systems. Headquartered in NYC, with over 150,000 publishers, universities and enterprises worldwide who have integrated Kaltura’s open source video platform, the company is the world leader in the field. At Kaltura Shay oversees the company's business unit focused on the media and telecom industries. Shay is also, a founding member of the Open Video Alliance, an organization dedicated to open standards for video. Prior to Kaltura, Shay was a co-founder of several software startups and consulted on open systems to Fortune 500 companies like Toyota. Shay holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Philosophy, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel-Aviv University, and an M.A. from New York University where his interdisciplinary research thesis focused on the political economy of free and open source software and file sharing networks. Shay wrote his Ph.D. dissertation on “Participatory information networks” at Cornell University and he is also a fellow at The Information Society Project at the Yale Law School where he has done his post-doc work on issues of access to knowledge. Shay has published extensively in leading academic and industry journals, and has presented his work all over the world. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two daughters.

    Michal leads Kaltura’s Enterprise and Learning business unit, after having led Kaltura’s product, marketing and community globally since its inception. Prior to Kaltura, Michal co-founded Cyota, a world leading provider of security and anti-fraud solutions to financial institutions. Michal had been part of Cyota's management team from its inception up until its acquisition by RSA Security, Inc (NASDAQ: RSAS) in 2005 (RSA was subsequently acquired by EMC Inc (NYSE: EMC)). Michal holds a doctoral degree in the application of game theoretic models to law from New York University, and was a post-doctoral fellow at Yale Law School's Information Society Project, where her research focused on Open Source. Michal clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel and had also been a competitive swimmer and tri-athlete. Michal regularly blogs and writes for the Huffington post and other publications.

During his career, Yaron has worked with mid to late stage start-ups, and has successfully completed six US public offerings and several “exits” through Mergers & Acquisitions, including DPC, Passave, Nogatech and Ness Technologies. Yaron is a Certified Public Accountant (ISR) and holds a BA in Business Administration and Accounting. Yaron is also a passionate endurance athlete, having completed six marathons and three Ironman events in the last six years.

Prior to joining Kaltura, Sigal led the Global Human Resources and Operations of 888 Holdings (888:LON) , a leading online gaming company. Prior to that she led HR at ClearForest, acquired by Thomson Reuters, and Tecnomatix, acquired by UGS. Sigal holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology. Sigal’s passion is people; she believes that “sharing is caring” and she loves interacting with people from all over the globe.

Ido previously managed the global media & telecom sales team. Prior to founding Tvinci, Ido worked as the CEO and Founder of Frido, a boutique provider of creative internet solutions, and previously held the position of Creative Director at digital agencies Tribal DDB and Grey Interactive, where he managed the 2006 online campaign for the Kadima political party that went on to win the Israeli elections. Selected by Forbes as one of the top 300 promising young entrepreneurs in Israel, Ido holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining Kaltura, Yehiam led the Technology Operations of 888 Holdings (888:LON) , a leading online gaming company, and was responsible for initiating new business product lines, and cross company projects. Yehiam acquired his technical skills while serving as an officer in an elite development unit of the Israeli Defense Forces, and is an honored alumnus of the Israeli Defense Forces’ elite Mamram computer science training program. Yehiam’s motto is simply "Get it done!"

He co-founded Nexus Venture Partners to focus on India related investments. Naren holds a B.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, an MS from the California Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. from Stanford University. Naren has received numerous awards, including the President’s Gold Medal from IIT, distinguished alumni awards from Caltech and IIT, and was elected a Fellow of the IEEE.
