The role
As a Helpdesk Technician at Kaltura, you will be the first point of contact for employees requiring IT support, helping ensure a seamless technology experience across the organization. You will provide hands-on support in Windows and macOS environments, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, resolve end-user issues, and maintain office technology and collaboration spaces.
