The role 

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer with exceptional design fundamentals and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to enhance creativity, efficiency, and scale. Your mission will be to help increase creative output while elevating the quality, consistency, and impact of our brand across every marketing touchpoint.

You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality marketing and brand assets across digital, web, event, and campaign channels, using AI and modern creative tools to accelerate experimentation and elevate our visual communication.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can turn ideas into polished assets across multiple formats. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to help scale creative production while continuously raising the bar for design excellence.

The day-to-day  

  • Design marketing assets across digital channels, including paid campaigns, social media, email, landing pages, presentations, website content, and brand collateral.
  • Create compelling visual concepts and rapidly explore creative directions using generative AI tools.
  • Design physical brand experiences, including exhibition booths, event graphics, signage, and environmental branding.
  • Produce multiple creative variations to support campaign testing, optimization, and performance.
  • Partner closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives and messaging into effective visual storytelling.
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity across all customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and workflows that improve creative quality, speed, and scale.
  • will shape Kaltura’s Go to Market strategy using deep product insights, industry knowledge, and market intelligence 


Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design, preferably within a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and multi-channel marketing design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proven ability to incorporate generative AI tools into professional design workflows for ideation, content creation, editing, and production.
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to combine AI-generated outputs with professional design craft and brand standards.


These would also be nice: 

  • Experience with AI-powered video, animation, and motion design tools such as Runway, Kling, Seedance, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Webflow or Framer for creating and maintaining landing pages and marketing websites.
  • Experience creating motion graphics and video content using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI-powered motion design platforms.
