Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
(No Purchase Necessary).
- Eligibility: This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to open to Event Tech Live attendees. Employees of Kaltura Inc. and its affiliates (“Kaltura”), as well as the immediate family of those employees, are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00AM PT on April 26, 2023 and ends at 4:30PM PT on April 27, 2023 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
- How to Enter: To participate, you must (i) complete the registration form (ii) agree that your contact information might be used by Kaltura to interest you with potential offers and (iii) accept the Sweepstakes’ Terms and Conditions before the end time of the entry Period.
- Drawing: On April 28, 2023, Kaltura will select two potential winners in a random drawing of all entries received. Kaltura will send an email to each winner with information on how to claim the prize. If the potential winner fails to respond within 24 hours, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at kaltura’s sole discretion.
- Prizes: Each winner will receive a $150 Amazon Gift Card via email. (the “Prize”). A winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other fees, costs and expenses not listed above.
- Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Kaltura and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, or indirect damages.
