Kaltura AI never uses customer content to train the AI model. In fact, Kaltura doesn’t train any models at all. Instead, we use AWS Bedrock as the foundational model— think of it as the building blocks—for our own AI tools.

Your content is never used by any other customer. Each customer operates within an isolated secure environment. No one else can see your data, and you cannot see theirs. This way, you can be sure that the AI-driven content you generate is based entirely on your own information.

Kaltura AI operates within closed-circuit environments, ensuring all data stays within a customer’s controlled ecosystem. Each user’s queries and interactions with Kaltura AI remain completely private, even from other users within a single company.

Kaltura AI maintains rigorous compliance with global security standards, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and GDPR. All data processed and stored is encrypted using advanced standards such as AES-256 for storage and TLS 1.2/1.3 for data in transit.
