The role 

You will lead the execution and delivery of global marketing programs, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, run smoothly, and generate measurable pipeline impact. This role combines hands-on program management with ownership of webinar, podcast, and virtual event series as key demand generation engines.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team, acting as the operational backbone of campaign execution while collaborating closely with regional teams, sales, content, and external partners.


The day-to-day  

  •  Own end-to-end execution of global marketing campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Lead production of webinar, podcast, and virtual event series from planning through launch and follow-up
  • Act as a PMO for marketing programs, managing workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Partner with regional marketing managers to support campaign rollout, local activations, and event follow-ups
  •  Collaborate with content, sales/SDRs, and external vendors to align on deliverables and execution
  • Monitor program performance and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to improve execution and outcomes


Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager within a marketing organization, managing cross-functional, multi-channel marketing programs from planning through execution.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns and content production (e.g., webinars, events, series) end-to-end
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and take action based on insights
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  •  Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


These would also be nice: 

  • Experience working with global teams and supporting regional marketing programs
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign workflows
  • Experience using GenAI or automation tools to scale marketing execution
