We’re excited to announce the launch of the Kaltura Customer Community!

We have spent the last few months curating and building content with several hundred select customers who became Founders in the Community during our beta period. Today, the Community is fully accessible to all to consume content and for Kaltura customers to join in on the conversation.

Ask questions, share knowledge, and suggest ideas

Kaltura customers have full access now to connect with peers and other video professionals to help you get the most out of your Kaltura experience.

We would love for you to join the conversation. There are 3 distinct types of conversations in the community:

  • Discussions: Begin or join a conversation on best practices and use cases
  • Questions: Looking to solve a problem or fine tune your use of Kaltura? Ask a question and the community will crowd source answers.
  • Ideas: Our customers have great ideas to make Kaltura better. Now your voice can be heard with greater visibility. Post ideas while commenting on and voting up your peers’ suggestions.

Network, connect, and build your reputation

The Community is a great place to connect with your peers and with Kaltura. If you find someone that has offered an engaging conversation, you can easily reach out to them by clicking on their avatar and messaging them directly.

We’ll be recognizing our top community contributors each month and would love for you to share your knowledge to help everyone elevate their game!

Are you ready to connect with other Kaltura users and video professionals?
