Yaron Garmazi

Yaron brings almost 25 years of experience leading the financial strategy and operations of private and public technology companies through all stages of their growth. During his career, Yaron has worked with mid to late stage start-ups, and has successfully completed six US public offerings and several “exits” through Mergers & Acquisitions, including DPC, Passave, Nogatech and Ness Technologies. Yaron is a Certified Public Accountant (ISR) and holds a BA in Business Administration and Accounting.

Sigal Srur

Sigal has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources executive in all HR fields, including talent acquisition, team-building, organizational development, culture and core competencies implementation, M&A implementation, growing companies from startup to IPO, and miscellaneous cross-border processes.

Sigal has experience in building and managing teams in the US, EMEA, APAC, and has led them with a strong awareness of cultural differences.

Ido Wiesenberg

Ido is an entrepreneur and tech executive with Internet, TV, media, advertising and Over the Top TV (OTT) expertise

In 2007, Ido co-founded Tvinci and led the company's sales, business development & marketing for 7 years until its acquisition by Kaltura, where he currently leads corporate & business development. Ido previously managed the global media & telecom sales team.

Yehiam Shinder

Yehiam holds over 18 years of experience in Professional Services, software development, operations management, web technologies, mobile, gaming, defense systems, and financial organizations.

He has acquired vast experience in building and managing winning teams and operations, increasing organizations efficiency and profitability, and leading complex strategic projects. Yehiam thrives on working in global companies with teams across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, and building relationships with leading tech companies, vendors, and customers around the world.

Dr. Naama Halevi-Davidov

Naama brings to Kaltura a unique combination of both corporate financial leadership and academic credentials. Over the past 15 years, Naama has led finance organizations in global technology startups, including Traiana, acquired by ICAP (LSE:IAP) for $247M (US) in 2007, and Kenshoo. As Kaltura’s CFO, Naama oversees Finance, Legal, Human Resources and Corporate Operations. A Certified Public Accountant (ISR), Naama holds a B.Sc.

Dr. Michal Tsur

Michal leads Kaltura’s Enterprise and Learning business unit, after having led Kaltura’s product, marketing and community globally since its inception. Prior to Kaltura, Michal co-founded Cyota, a world leading provider of security and anti-fraud solutions to financial institutions. Michal had been part of Cyota's management team from its inception up until its acquisition by RSA Security, Inc (NASDAQ: RSAS) in 2005 (RSA was subsequently acquired by EMC Inc (NYSE: EMC)).

Eran Etam

Eran was a co-founder and the VP R&D of ICQ, the world's first Instant Messenger, which was acquired by AOL for $407M in 1998. After holding a VP position in AOL, Eran started several other Internet startups before co-founding Kaltura on September of 2006.

 

Dr. Shay David

Dr. Shay David is a scholar and serial entrepreneur who specializes in collaborative and open-source information and communication systems. Headquartered in NYC, with over 150,000 publishers, universities and enterprises worldwide who have integrated Kaltura’s open source video platform, the company is the world leader in the field. At Kaltura Shay oversees the company's business unit focused on the media and telecom industries. Shay is also, a founding member of the Open Video Alliance, an organization dedicated to open standards for video.

Ron Yekutiel

Ron is the co-founder Chairman and CEO of Kaltura, Inc., the most widely used online video platform in the market, powering over 150,000 publishers and service providers globally. As the first and only open-source video platform, Kaltura is disrupting its market in similar ways that Apache, MySQL, and PHP have disrupted theirs. Ron is a serial technology entrepreneur, starting and leading companies in Israel, US, and Canada in the fields of Internet, mobile applications, and security. Previous ventures include Destinator Technologies, Paradigm Advanced Technologies, and VisualGate Systems.
