    Co-founder, Chairman & CEO
    Ron Yekutiel is one of our co-founders and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as Chairman of our board of directors since October 2006. Prior to Kaltura, Mr. Yekutiel co-founded VisualGate Systems Inc., a video surveillance company, in 2003, and co-founded and lead GPSoft Ltd and the Destinator business unit in Paradigm Advanced Technologies Inc., a GPS navigation and tracking company, in 2001. Mr. Yekutiel serves as a member of the board of directors of Kaltura Asia Pte Ltd., an affiliate of Kaltura, Inc., and as a member of the board of directors of various private companies. He received a Master of Business Administration with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. Mr. Yekutiel was selected to serve on our board of directors because of the perspective and experience he provides as our co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, as well as his extensive experience with technology companies.

    Yaron Garmazi has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 2017. Prior to joining Kaltura, Mr. Garmazi served as the Chief Executive Officer of Milestone Sport Ltd., a sports technology company, from 2016 to 2017, and as the Chief Financial Officer of Kontera, an online advertising company, from 2007 to 2011. He is a Certified Public Accountant (ISR) and received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Management from the Tel Aviv College of Management in 1993.

    Michal Tsur is one of our co-founders and has served as our President and Chief Marketing Officer since 2006. Prior to Kaltura, Dr. Tsur was a co-founder and Vice President of Cyota, Inc., an online security and anti-fraud solutions company, from 1999 to 2005. Dr. Tsur was a post-doctoral fellow at Yale Law School from 2005 to 2006, and received a Doctoral degree from New York University in 2005 and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1996.

    Eynav “Navi” Azaria
    GM Enterprise, Education, and Technology Markets
    Eynav is the General Manager of Kaltura’s Enterprise & Education business unit and brings more than 20 years of experience holding executive positions in leading tech companies. He also serves as a mentor in some of the most prominent tech accelerators around the world. In his last position as Chief Executive Officer of Panorama, Eynav was responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the organization. He is known as an authority and thought leader in the areas of Digital Transformation, AI, and Analytics, and advises CEOs and CIOs of Fortune 1000 companies on using data & insights to drive their business to success. Before joining Panorama, Eynav was COO for BrowseUp, he served as campaign manager for the Israeli Labor Party and Israeli former prime minister, Mr. Ehud Barak. Eynav also served as the CEO of the International Center for Peace in the Middle East. He is a member of the board of trustees of the Afeka Engineering College and serves as an advisory board member of the Israeli Export Institute.

    Nuno Sanches brings almost two decades of experience in the Telecom, Pay TV and Media industries, and has joined the Kaltura Team as General Manager, Media and Telecom. Before joining Kaltura, Nuno created from the ground up and led for 6 years Vodafone Group’s Global TV Product Development organization. Before that Nuno led Product, Marketing, Content and Technology in Portugal’s largest pay-tv operator. During his career he led some of the earliest and most successful launches of advanced user interfaces, live TV restart, TV everywhere, network PVR and Cloud TV in Europe. Nuno holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, is passionate about product, design and user experience. When he is not globe-trotting bringing the future of TV to life he spends his time reading, cooking and exploring the world with his teenage son and two young daughters. Nuno is based in Kaltura’s London office.

    Natan Israeli brings several decades of experience to Kaltura following a longstanding career in the Israeli Air Force (IAF), from helicopter pilot to brigadier general. Natan managed the IAF’s information systems as a CIO and was later promoted to Head of the IAF Human Resources, responsible for tens of thousands of people in the air force. In his most recent position, Natan served as a CEO for Ambar A.M. Enterprise Ltd., active in the energy, infrastructure, and tech industries. His responsibilities included identifying potential clients and projects, managing negotiations, finding and recruiting partners, leading and consulting business development, and strategy for the implementation of advanced technologies. When he’s not busy leading Kaltura’s customer-facing services teams, Natan is a father of three and an amateur marathon runner.

    Sigal has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources executive in all HR fields, including talent acquisition, team-building, organizational development, culture and core competencies implementation, M&A implementation, growing companies from startup to IPO, and miscellaneous cross-border processes. Sigal has experience in building and managing teams in the US, EMEA, APAC, and has led them with a strong awareness of cultural differences. Prior to joining Kaltura, Sigal led the Global Human Resources and Operations of 888 Holdings (888:LON) , a leading online gaming company. Prior to that she led HR at ClearForest, acquired by Thomson Reuters, and Tecnomatix, acquired by UGS. Sigal holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology. Sigal’s passion is people; she believes that “sharing is caring” and she loves interacting with people from all over the globe.

    Dror brings almost two decades of hands-on senior executive experience (as founder, SVP, board member, and advisory board member) in leading public and private companies spanning across various sectors. Before joining Kaltura, Dror created from the ground up and led the corporate innovation planning and execution of one of Israel’s largest holding groups (with over 100 subsidiaries and 16,000 employees, globally). Parallel to his business activity, Dror is a business mentor, lecturer and advisory board member for fast-growing technology companies. He also sits on the judging panel of leading start-up competitions and accelerators. Dror combines creative thinking and expertise in technology, strategy, and business, with strong relationships within the global start-up and investor ecosystem. He holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an LLB from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel. Dror, married + 3, is passionate about music, traveling with his family, meeting people from different cultures, and mentorship.

    Byron Kahr leads Kaltura’s legal and compliance functions and serves as corporate secretary. Before joining Kaltura, Byron was an associate at Strumwasser & Woocher LLP, a boutique law firm in Los Angeles, where he advised and represented nonprofit and public entity clients. He began his legal career as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and later on the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He serves as a board member and secretary of El Rio Community School, a Waldorf-inspired public charter school in Los Angeles. Byron has a B.A. from Northwestern University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

    Claire brings more than 20 years of experience in shaping and leading financial operations for technology companies to the table. Before she joined Kaltura in 2014, Claire was a Certified Public Accountant and held finance positions at global, private, and publicly traded technology companies, such as Kenshoo, Alvarion Ltd., and Risco Group. In these positions, she made significant contributions in leading Finance, Commercial, and Business Development processes, based on strong relationships with both vendors and customers and excellent managerial skills. Claire has a degree in Accounting CPA license studies from Ramat Gan College.

    Liad leads our global business development team and oversees our strategic partnerships. Liad joined Kaltura in 2013 and took on various management roles across Strategy, Sales, Account Management, and Professional Services in the NY office. Before Kaltura, Liad led a Business Operations group at the Ed-Tech startup TimeToKnow (later rebranded as Enably) and played a part in its global expansion to the US and APAC. Prior to that, he served as a management consultant at Hoshen (acquired by Task) and advised leading financial institutions and banks in Israel. Liad holds a B.SC in Engineering from Tel Aviv University, an M.A in Business Law from Bar Ilan University (graduated with honors), and an MBA from Columbia Business School (graduated with Dean's honors and distinction).

    Lisa heads corporate marketing at Kaltura, covering everything from digital advertising, SEO, and public relations to brand experience, strategy and creative. She is also a member of Israel's Global CMO (G-CMO) community. Most recently, Lisa joined the Forbes Comm Council as a contributor. Before Kaltura, Lisa managed PR and communications at Cyota until RSA Security acquired it for $145 million. She then moved on to directing PR and marketing for RSA's consumer business arm. She enjoys finding the right balance between the art and science of marketing while juggling four kids and volunteer work.

    Gideon is a seasoned product, strategy, and business executive. He started his career at Kaltura as the SVP of Product and Marketing for the Media & Telecom business unit. Before Kaltura, Gideon led Cisco’s service provider video product marketing team and held various leadership positions at NDS (acquired by Cisco in 2012). Throughout his career, Gideon has played a key role in bringing new video products to market, including the first DVR, DRM, addressable advertising, and one of the first OTT systems in the market. Gideon holds a BA from the Hebrew University and graduated from the Cable Executive Management program at Harvard Business School.
