We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our education customers.
The Account Manager will be a key member of our Revenue team, reporting to a Customer Success Team Lead. The main responsibilities for this role are retaining, renewing, and growing a book of business of existing accounts across Europe by developing long-term relationships and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Become a trusted adviser and foster strong relationships at both tactical and executive levels with customers.
· Assure customer’s success with Kaltura’s product and services.
· Help customers maximize the use of video via a deep understanding of customer’s needs, Kaltura’s products and the Education market.
· Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
· Communicate frequently with customers via business reviews, health calls and onsite visits (in the future).
Strategic growth:
· Proactively and methodically uncover opportunities to expand Kaltura’s footprint within existing customers across departments and use cases.
· Lead, negotiate and close sales into existing customer base.
Renewals:
· Negotiate and close contract renewals retaining and growing revenue while assuring on time execution.
Retention:
· Leverage the relationship as well as close monitoring of adoption and customer’s satisfaction to identify any churn risks.
· Manage account escalations.
· Define and execute a mitigation plan for customers in churn risk.
Liaise:
· Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
· Be the face of Kaltura to the customer and guide communication with different Kaltura departments - Product, Finance, Professional Services, Customer Support, etc.
Requirements:
· 3+ years in a customer success or account management role for a SaaS solution.
· BA/BSc preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
· Experience managing a book of business of over $500K ACV.
· Ability to travel to Europe, 10-15%, to meet customers.
· Experience managing 20+ accounts.
· Experienced in being responsible for customer retention and renewal.
· Experience managing pipeline, forecast, and executing sales process.
· Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
· Experience in education technology is a plus.
· Dutch or German language is a plus but not required

• Ensure the month end close is completed accurately and within the close cycle, including the review of several Balance Sheet and P&L accounts and analytical review
• Responsible for analyzing complex Revenue Recognition issues and preparing a Memo

About the Job:

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Director of IT to oversee the company’s corporate IT operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.
This role will be reporting to the VP of IT & IS and offers an opportunity to take your existing IT management skills to the next level and join a dynamic fast-growing company.
What will you do
- Develop goals and strategies to ensure IT services run smoothly and effectively. You will define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes that support the company.
- Oversee global HelpDesk and System teams, evaluate them according to established goals and provide guidance to support their personal growth.

As part of our Customer Support team, you will provide technical support to our business customers (B2B), enterprise companies, and other top accounts who are transforming their events and conferences from the physical domain to the virtual one. Your role is to be responsible for answering how-to questions and resolving or escalating technical issues. As VP Enterprise Sales at Kaltura, you will drive the growth of the company by expanding our top account list, bringing onboard new Fortune 1000 customers. You are a born hunter of strategic, complex solution selling, passionate about being a change agent to accelerate growth in a strategic team. You have experience managing growing teams and building relationships and presenting to C-Suite executives, key decision makers and have a history of closing game-changing deals with Global Brands!

This role is for strong sales leaders who are looking to build and grow the next generation of Kaltura sales.
What does your day look like?
· As a key part of our Enterprise Sales team, you will lead growth and sales strategy of Fortune 1000 sized companies.
· You will lead a team of sales directors and team leads that manage full-cycle business opportunities from lead generation, partnering with marketing, through to closing the deal
· You will lead special accelerator opportunities focused on verticalization, such as financial services focused solutions for large banks and investment firms.
· Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements, as well as researching relevant targets to develop lead lists and identify new sales opportunities
· Approach challenges with creativity and a positive attitude
· Contribute fully to help develop and sustain our thriving company culture, own it, and help us change the game
· Constantly find ways to raise the bar in everything we do
To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
· Min 10+ years technology sales experience with 8+ years’ experience selling into Enterprise-level accounts $1B in annual sales and bigger.
· Highly networked across enterprise companies in the US at an executive level
· Track record of success in quota achievement and closing Fortune 500 deals
· Strategic, persistent with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be part of a fast-growth environment
· Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of your pipeline
· Experience of working with Fortune 500 financial services companies will be a huge advantage
