Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) is first and only university in Spain to offer specialization in Catalan Sign Language (LSC). UPF’s mission is to create a student-centered educational model and make its students active participants in their education.
UPF faced two major challenges when it started teaching LSC. The first was how students could access the LSC videos for learning and the second was how the instructors could easily access the students’ work and assess it.
