MetLife recognized that it faced a big communications challenge as it looked to build employee understanding and support for its corporate strategy. They chose to build a social video strategy.
The resulting solution, OneVoice, is based on Kaltura MediaSpace, an internal YouTube-style social video portal where employees post videos that show how their work is helping to deliver MetLife’s strategy. By using Kaltura’s CorporateTube as a basis for their social enterprise platform, MetLife was able to rapidly increase employee engagement across a wide geographic area.
