System Integrator/ New York, NY

The Role

The Systems Integrator would be in charge of deploying Kaltura On-Prem™ Edition at customer sites, configuring it to work with other Kaltura systems and services, and integrate it with existing applications, systems and providers. In addition, the Systems Integrator is expected to provide a high level of service, be attentive to customers’ needs and requirements and provide training and support to his/her customers. While most work can be done remotely, some deployments require an on-site visit.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the On-Prem product per provided SOW in an orderly manner

• Configure and integrate the system with customer’s existing systems, applications and providers

• Troubleshoot and pinpoint any technical challenges for the deployments

• Gather data on issues and escalate to R&D in a professional manner

Requirements

About the Back End Team

The Backend (Core) team leads, designs and develops Kaltura’s server platform and provides a comprehensive set of application programming interfaces (REST APIs) for all types of integration. The team also builds Kaltura's foundation layer that includes operational MySQL databases. The technology that the team uses includes LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) and Sphinx.
